Great toaster, if a little slow. But sturdy and has lasted longer than the multiple other toasters we tried. It has a bagel function, defrost, keep warm, and hasn't broken down on us in our busy cafe! Recommend.

We use the toaster every other day but not both sides. We had visitors this week and one side is no longer working, it just won’t stay down. Broken already and majorly disappointed.

Perfect toast, every time, great for bagels too! Keep warm fiction is super handy.

Good toaster, makes nice toast, a little disappointed in the levers,

Really nice toaster, works really well. I do recommend this and glad I purchased it
