Bit larger than envisaged but good

great pan! I roasted a 7.5kg turkey in it - perfect size! When I put it on the hob to make the gravy, it didn't warp or buckle on the flame, and the flat base means no weird little hollows of baked-on bird, just delicious gravy. It's a good weight - not too wimpy for a big bird, but not so heavy that I can't lift it in or out of the oven. I'm really pleased

This large covered roasting tin will contain all the spitting from a roast and save mess in my oven. Results taste good too.
