The frying pan is ideal for gently cooking, steaming, and frying meat and vegetables. It is ovenproof up to 180°c and suitable for all hob types except induction hobs. Heavy quality design. The heavy quality design distributes the heat evenly to the food and the heat retention is particularly long-lasting. Cleaning and maintenance. The cast aluminum pan is not dishwasher-safe.
