I am delighted with my new steamer. I steam all types of vegetables in it, including peas, which haven’t fallen through the holes yet. No escapeas! I also use it to steam fish, and do my daughters entire meal in it. It obviously locks in flavour, because she will now accept potatoes without sautéing/roasting, just straight from the steamer. It’s my favourite new toy!
