Far too shallow. Cant fit a full slice of normal sized bread in without the need to turn it and burn yer fingers. Far from ideal and did not suit my toast requirements. Sent it back.

The toaster is very smart and matches other equipment in the kitchen. What is really good is that it toasts four slices of bread but does not take up the whole of the work top! It is very neat and slim. I absolutely love it and am so glad that after a lot of searching I found this one.
