No matter if you are making pizza, baking a cake, or roasting chicken – with an output of 2500w and fan–assisted convection cooking capabilities – it’s up to meet all your cooking requirements! Convection cooking provides faster cooking times than regular radiant–type electric ovens; the fan gently sends hot air to every area of the food, quickly browning, crisping, and sealing in moisture and flavour. It produces a more even temperature all around the food by hot air movement, so that food cooks/bakes/broils evenly, versus the normal ovens hot and cold spots. You can operate the Igenix electric mini oven with four, easy–to–use control dials: the fan assist dial allows you to select users with or without convection fan assistance, the temperature dial allows you to select your desired cooking temperature between 100 and 230°c, the function dial allows you to selects between grill, bake, or roast modes, and the timer dial allows you to set a timer from 0 to 60 minutes to assist with the preparation of time-critical dishes.
