Perfect for my jam making and works on my induction hob

Excellent purchase. For years I have been making marmalade in my biggest enamel casserole dish which really wasn’t deep enough for the job , and I had to monitor constantly to make sure the marmalade didn’t boil over. What a joy to be using a proper deep preserving pan for the first time, it’s made the whole process so much easier . I wish I had bought this pan years ago!

Order received promptly. I have not used the pot yet but it looks good and substantial.

Only four stars because I’ve not yet used it, but from the look of it it should be perfect for the task of jam and chutney making
