The 4” Paring Knife is made from German chromium-molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel, and its short blade is designed for intricate kitchen tasks such as slicing, coring and peeling fruit and vegetables or de-veining shrimp. The hand-finished blade features a tapered grind for a sharper overall cut, while extra balance is provided by a through-tang construction combined with a curved handle and forged bolster.
