We recommend to rub the pasta dryer with a thin layer of cooking oil before the first use. Then leave the dryer for at least 3 hours, so that the oil can sink in. So you impregnate the wood in a natural way without the addition of chemical aids. After repeated use, simply repeat the process to ensure consistent quality.
