It looks very beautiful and is well made. But the stoppers came off within a couple of hours, which is why Im giving it a 4*. However, I did order the bigger size, but the smaller size arrived at my door very quickly. I contacted customer service, which I must say was very good and reordered a replacement that arrived again in the smaller size. again, I contacted the team , and again, I was sent out a replacement at no extra cost and was told to keep the items Id been sent . It was reordered for the 3rd time, and yet again, the smaller size arrived. Id give up at this point and was given a full refund. But I have 3 lovely glass chopping boards that I use for placemats. But I cant fault the customer service team. Thank u
