convenient although the hot setting just isn’t hot enough. When adding milk your drink cools much quicker then what temperature a kettle would actually boil.

Im very happy with the dispenser! The instructions were easy to read and i had my first cup of tea within minutes. Large capacity tank, but it fits nicely on the counter top. I would recommend.
