Oven gloves can be expensive, good quality and price.

Do the job and look nice but are on the thin side.

The oven mitts are simply not fit for purpose. There is no flexibility in the material and that means it is impossible to grip any dish taken out of the oven. That means the use of the gloves presents a safety hazard. I have reverted to my worn out oven mitts until I can get a suitable replacement. I also note that, because of the length of the mitts they restrict wrist movement. Again, this presents a safety hazard.
