Camembert Baker

I've had a set of plates from this range for several years, and the cow's head design has always been my favourite, so I was really pleased to come across this Camembert baker. The baker itself is lovely, and it's good quality. And if it hadn't been for the way it was delivered I would have given it five stars. As with all ceramics, this baker is breakable. So, you'd expect it to be packed properly for transit. But it was sent to me in nothing but a thinly padded envelope. Miraculously, it wasn't broken in transit, but I bought a set of matching plates at the same time (also sent in a ridiculously thin padded envelope), and two of those were not so fortunate. So, despite the fact that I actually like this range very much, I shan't be buying anything else from it online. What's the point in making such nice ceramics if you don't care about them enough to pack them properly for shipping?
