These are good quality spoons and no reason to doubt they're 18/10 (304) stainless, no discolouration etc. so shouldn't be too bad on the heavy metal leeching. If you're looking for heavy weight really posh spoons, you probably need to kee looking but these are a million miles better than those thin stamped ones.
