Had THE most appalling service from Wayfair! The damage to the larder was just the straw that broke the camels back following a huge lack of communication regarding delivery which too 2 goes to get to us. Still awaiting collection and refund. Would have replaced the item as it’s exactly what we wanted but even that was too ‘difficult’ for wayfair to navigate! I have the patience of a saint and a relaxed attitude almost all of the time but I found those boundaries through this process safe to say I won’t be buying from Wayfair again.
