Cofield Bed

The bed frame is good, but parts were missing (the three support legs for the middle). The manufacturer couldn't send these as spare/ replacement parts so I have to get a whole new bed. The three star rating is purely because of the messing around on this. The bed frame is good, nice and light.

Easy to assemble, comfortable.

The bed itself is great, but the delivery and customer services were terrible! I ordered two beds, only one arrived, so I had to spend ages trying to contact and talk to customer services who then had to pass it on to another department for a investigation, which took days, only then did they reship the bed, I had an email saying it was then due to arrive on a Friday, ( a week after it should have arrived)only to have another email arrive an hour later saying it would now arrive on the Monday as it had been rescheduled! No explanation, no outcome from the investigation, nothing - terrible customer services and you can't even ring to discuss it, its just email, text or online chat! Terrible and no offer of explanation.

Straight forward build, but slats difficult to remove

Lovely bed works well in a small room as headboard is low and the metal work is slim
