Instructions are basic and not helpful. Then the side parts are wrong - this should have been checked at quality control. I’d have given 0 stars if I could as I can’t say what the bed is like as we can’t build it. Customer service says 1-2 business days for a response Not good enough! Edited to add that after some to and fro, Wayfair sent a whole new bed which had the correct part and luckily arrived in time for Christmas.

Very nice bed and a nice size and pretty easy to put together too today i did it alone. And the box it comes in it’s bulky or massive I was shocked at how small the box was for the size of the bed
