Instructions are basic and not helpful. Then the side parts are wrong - this should have been checked at quality control. I’d have given 0 stars if I could as I can’t say what the bed is like as we can’t build it. Customer service says 1-2 business days for a response Not good enough! Edited to add that after some to and fro, Wayfair sent a whole new bed which had the correct part and luckily arrived in time for Christmas.

Delivered quickly, great communication and updates. Bed is solid, relatively easy to put together and looks exactly like the photo. And a great price! Very simple buying experience, I will use Wayfair again.
