This was the replacement they sent me - they haven’t offered any fix for the bed just a terribly low refund. I can’t even get in touch with Wayfair over their 2nd bed being broken.

Absolutely love this bed. Order and delivery were fine with no issues. I paid a handyman to put it together and it seems sturdy enough. It hasn’t been slept on yet as it’s in the spare room but I’m really happy with it and the storage will be perfect! FYI, the bottom is just a sheet of fabric that Velcro’s to the frame but I can’t get it to fit and stay. I’ll probably just leave it on the bottom as it has the carpet underneath anyway. Lovely bed
