Super pleased with this item. The first time I read the instructions to install it, it was tricky. But when I moved and reinstalled it was much faster. The cubby space is large enough for sunglasses, decor. It holds up jackets and hats. Would buy this again. I gave it 4 stars only because when the 1st one arrived it was damaged. I emailed customer service and they sent another one that looked perfect!

This is pretty rugged solid piece. We got the Rustic Natural as the pic shows. The coat rack came with instructions which I suggest you read first. It clearly states (and I missed) that the French cleat is stuck to the back and you have to unscrew it. It comes with 4 screws and drywall anchors however, you had better find the wall studs for the French cleat. The piece is very heavy and will most likely fall off the wall in a year or 2 if not on studs. I drove 2 into studs and had to drive 2 into the dry wall. With the French Cleat it feels very stable. The coat hook piece and the bench are a little too rustic for me but my wife loves them. I cant fault the construction of the specimens we received though. They seem like theyll last the test of time.

Exactly what I needed for our very narrow entry. The color was darker and has a barn wood look. Was very happy because the darker color was perfect for me! Came packaged well and with hardware and directions to hang. The French cleat on back makes for easy hanging and is very sturdy.

Made well and sturdy. Easy to hang with two people. It had a flaw, made by a nail or something of the like in it. Contacted Wayfair and they took care of it right away. Great customer service. I would recommend this product. Looks great in our entryway and I love decorating it for each holidayseason.
