Predrilled holes were in the wrong place so the lid doesn’t close with the hydronic rod. Unfortunately that’s unsafe for little humans hands but if you’re a handy diy person I’m sure it can be fixed easily. The box itself is stunning and I’d give it the highest ratings I’d it was safe
