Wife loves it so it must be perfect

Looks fab. 4 Fluffy bits. Size 85cm

The item itself is excellent; however, the packaging is inadequate for online delivery. The parcel was falling apart, and the item was cosmetically damaged. Only one of the plants arrived and I am still waiting for feedback 15 days after ordering, even though EVRI, the courier, has admitted that they have lost the plant. I am wondering where the customer service is in all this. I have given two stars because the loss is an EVRI issue, but they are the selected courier - two points is the best one could award, given the delay in feedback.

Lovely plant, but would have liked it a bit taller.

Very pleased with the Feather Grass Plant. Been admired by friends.
