Remarkably lifelike. The leaves have a natural-looking sheen and realistic veining that make you want to touch them just to check if they’re real. The variation in leaf size and slight imperfections mimic nature beautifully, and the trunk even has texture that resembles authentic bark. From a distance, and even up close, it easily passes for a living tree. It’s elegant and the structure is sturdy. It arrives well-packaged and fluffs out nicely with minimal effort. You can easily place it in a decorative planter for a more customised look, and it becomes an instant focal point. I even added a small light. Highly recommended.

What we wanted, but on the delivery day, 2 days later, DHL "unable to access your address". Called to find out why, apparently driver went to wrong address. Next day advised time of delivery still nothing, but " parcel at destination". Next day advised delivery. At 1415 to 1515...arrived at 1130, good job we had just walked in to accept delivery. On each occasion I stayed in to accept delivery, what a mess. But, because it had been in a damp cold place, on assembling, the numbers on the stems had fallen off..good job I was able to assemble without them..disappointed with DHL..
