Viviana Metal Bed

Terrible service ! 3 months old and ruined gold paint all flakes off and goes black ! Squeaks so bad and the ball on the end just spins ! No refunds no replacement nothing !! Also came dented on the foot board

It looks very nice, but not yet put together. Arrived very quickly.

I would really advise not to buy this bed , I was so excited to receive this bed and build it , however one of the parts was defective as seen in the photos and my bed is unstable . I have contacted customer services and all they can offer me is to completely replace the bed which is terribly inconvenient for me to dismantle the bed and package up, or to offer me a 20 discount . Both offers have been terribly inconvenient and all I wanted was the one part to be replaced which they are unable to do. Please don’t buy this bed , it will be massive inconvenience if it is defective

Very pretty, fairly easy to put together by yourself, its a bit squeaky and maybe slightly overpriced for the quality
