Beautiful decoration

First apple was smashed due to lack of packaging. Second wasn’t delivered as courier said it was damaged in transit. Third arrived in excellent packaging but had chip in it before it was packaged. Company keep apologising but I’ve waited a month now,as it takes a week each time to dispatch a new one. I’ve given up all hope of receiving one in good condition.
