Sturdy enough to leave on the couch without having to worry something's going to fall over. Spaces have a perfect fit for beer or generic 16 oz glasses/cups. Nice extra feature with removable metal trays to hold snacks and extra holes to hold the remotes. Excellent for not having to get up, great for a lazy movie time (looks as pictured)
