Delivery was good. Unfortunately it fell apart the first time we used it. Our previous one lasted for 15 years. It was easy to contact Wayfair and they are sending a replacement item. Good customer service.

It’s pretty handy although very tricky to set up with no instructions to guide you , pretty simple in the end for my wife but I struggled at first wire was flimsy but she got it working after my failure

Bought this as a gift for my Dad, however when it arrived it was damaged. I received a replacement promptly, and my Dad was very pleased with it.

Does its job well. We haven't needed to change the wire yet and it's been in use for quite some time now.
