Swithun Upholstered Ottoman Bed

I’ve had this bed less than a year and the mechanism to lift it up doesn’t work anymore, and the slats break really easily. Now my bed doesn’t sit flush in the frame and moved a when you sit on it

Very quick delivery, earlier than estimated. Guys that delivered it were very friendly. Assembly straight forward and less than two hours. The bed is actually much nicer than in the photograph. I choose Pink velvet - stunning bed and very sturdy. Amazing for the price. Would highly recommend!
