Perlis Metal Base Dining Table

Arrived in a right state. Probably seconds. Easy to blame the courier but clearly was sent out repackaged. Didnt order open box which is usually considerably cheaper. Went to arrange a return and thats when the real issues began. Language barriers explaining the issues, lots of copy and paste replies. First courier turned up in a mini, second refused to take it, then they wanted to charge an extra £10 for a third to have a go. Currently sat in its sorry state in my hall way blocking everything. Havent even looked inside to see how battered it is, expect its been put together once.

Do not order from wayfair I have ordered and dining table which was delivered . To start with the table top and legs were delivered days apart.. so table top had a massive chunk out of the side of it . Had been smashed off something , so I returned this to wayfair . For them to send me a replacement which I was promised would arrive within 4 days . Didn’t not happen . 2 weeks later still no table top . It got lost in transit.. So I contact wayfair again . Only for them to tell me that it’s still with courier and i had to allow a further 6 days for delivery so it never arrived .. So I contact again and demand a new table top to be sent on urgent delivery or full refund . and they send me a third replacement . Promising delivery would be before 20th March . Shock late again, it arrived on 24th March . It was damaged yet AGAIN . A massive crack down the middle of it and chunk out of it aswel . This is an absolute joke I’ve never ever experienced anything like this when buying online .

Fast delivery, easy to assemble, looks good. Table top feels a little cheap. Unfortunately isn’t level and no way to adjust.

Table is great and looks amazing. Delivery, communication etc extremely poor. Half table arrived on time, other half was floating around somewhere only to magically appear once I contacted to complain.
