Andri Glass Semi Flush Mount

Ordered the light at the start of December, after multiple delivery dates missed the light never arrived. Could not get passed the AI chat bot to talk to an actual person from customer services until just before new year. When I eventually got to talk to someone from customer services they agreed to send out a replacement. This arrived on the 8th of January, over a month out from ordering. I have now fitted the light but one of the glass bulb covers has a misaligned thread which cannot be screwed flush to the light fitting(see photos). Poor delivery service & poor product when it finally arrived. All together a bad shopping experience, will not be using Wayfair again.
