Java is a multi-functional summer house with a modern design, the interior of which is expanded by sliding doors with an exceptionally large glass surface. The house has three rooms, which gives it many dofferent uses. The large main room with a sliding door is ideal for spending quality time with family or with friends. The additiona room connected to the main room is suitable for kitchenette or sanitary room and the third room with separate entrance can be used as a storage for garden supplies or consumer goods. The house set includes all the necessary details for installation: impregnated base frame, wall details, floorboards and skirting boards, roof beams/boards and moldings and also opening windows and hardware (nails/screws). The set also includes galvanized roof edging, which gives the house a visual personality but also a protection from rainwater. The house set does not include a roof covering but it`s possible to buy roofing felt.
