Cihat Upholstered Bed

Pls don't buy this bed if you want value for your money. I received this order a few weeks ago and hadn't had time to unpack till today because we just moved to a new house. 1st, upon unpacking, one of the small plastic fittings to the base of the leg had come off, and that scratched my new laminate floor badly. Secondly, the craftsmanship of this bedframe feels like a person in a bit of a hurry. So bad to a point where I got pricked badly from trying to unpack the mattress base. Then the quality of materials used is just unbelievably cheap. The entire bedframe looks horrible and tacky. After assembly, it's wobbly and unaligned. The mattress 6x7 size for a bedframe supposedly same size, is totally oversized and out of proportion. The list goes on. This mattress base looks small for the actual size of the frame that I think the wrong base was sent. I just want a refund of my money now. This is a very very bad product and I wonder how WAYFAIR allowed this on their site. It means they don't have any quality control team that subjects products to tests before selling them!! Update: Dec 26th. I've made calls requesting for a refund but was told my money couldn't be refunded. (No reasons given). Only option offered was a 2nd bed frame. I then informed the customer service personnel, I wouldn't trust the replacement if it was from the same source, to which he indicated they do not make the same mistakes twice. Hopefully, when I receive the 2nd bedframe, it'll be much better build quality and the dimensions accurate. Jury is still out on this so fingers crossed . Will update as soon as I receive it.
