Ottoman Storage Bed

I ordered this bed frame ahead of festive travel and was received by my friend when I got back last week i had a professional assemble it for me on my return . During installation, he immediately pointed out problems with both the materials and gas lift. The gaslift keeps popping up constantly – but we thought after placing the mattress on it the problem will be resolved but even became worst after, when I step out somewhere or step away for just a few minutes to use the toilet the gaslift constantly keeps popping up. I thought I could manage it at first but i don’t think so honestly this is taking a physical and mental toll on me. Even after spending my money I honestly did not know this is what I would be going through The quality is shockingly poor the wood is thin and shaky, only covered by boucle fabric, making the bed unstable. At £458, this is completely unacceptable. I’ve never been let down by Wayfair before, so this is deeply disappointing. What’s more worrying is the safety risk, as my 2-year-old sleeps in the bed with me. I’m stunned that Wayfair would sell a product that appears to have no seller verification.
