Excellent service overall. The courier arrived promptly, communicated well, and handled the delivery with care. The mattress itself is of outstanding quality — thick, heavy, and clearly built to a high standard. However, due to its weight and structure, I don’t deem it to be foldable in a flat, so buyers should be aware of this when planning placement or storage. Despite this, the delivery experience and product quality were both impressive. I’m disappointed that the mattress didn’t come with a cover, as this would minimise the risk of damage and stains.
