We had an awful experience with Wayfair unfortunately, the order was rescheduled 3 times despite us being home for all 3 deliveries (and leaving work early!). When the bed arrived we were not asked what room we would like it in as advertised, it was left downstairs for us to move. The bed itself has some damage on the headboard. I rang to discuss this with customer service who told me ‘they don’t know any more than I do’ and that there was nothing they could do for me. Very disappointing service.

This is absolutely gorgeous and easy to put together on my own. My daughter is so happy!
