This is suppose to be 90 x 200cm that we ordered again after a lot of phone calls ...(as I ordered 2 and a Mattress protector sent the wrong size too!) we again were sent the smaller size..I didn't order 90 x 190cm. I was told by the second person on the phone that this is right as European is the same size as us! Where has the 10 cm gone then! This is lying! & misrepresentation. I am getting in touch with Trading Standards to complain and now I am left with 2 Single UK size sheets that don't fit as the bed is European size 90 x 200cm not 90 x190! We had 3 delivers and then had to send 3 items back and not had 2 more deliveries...disturbing my Son working from home. A lot of stress and phone calls to you and no satisfaction. I wouldn't use this company again. A poor product not worth the money and can't even send the right size but the packing slip inside the parcels..say it is the right size 90 x 200cm but what is actually there is 90 x 190cm! Customer service bad and no satisfaction to get right product or compensation.
