Arrived with one hinge complex broken so completely unusable. The quality is very low for its price as well.

My order was suppose to be delivered on June 22nd. I've sent a series of emails to Wayfair, requesting that the bed shouldn't be delivered before June 17th. We're moving into the new house on 17th and therefore the delivery shouldn't reach there before 17th as we don't have access to the house before 17th. I placed the order for this bed as the delivery date mentioned was June 22nd. But instead they delivered it on 13th, inspite of writing so many emails explaining the situation. How can the order arrive 9 days in advance? I've no idea where my bed is right now. I'm utterly disappointed with the Wayfair service. They've lost my bed which costs whopping £490! I request you to please find out where my bed is right now and kindly make an arrangement to deliver it on 17th or later. Or else please refund my money as am tired of writing umpteen mails to your customer service.
