I am from the old school where my mom taught me to iron my dad's handkerchiefs and socks. Over the years, I abandoned that since it was a struggle to set up ironing boards and keep them from collapsing. Then I discovered Brabantia. Wow! A sturdy ironing board that sets up easily. As my family has now left the nest, I recently replaced my 25-year-old Style D board with a smaller and lighter Style A that is a perfect addition to my laundry family.

I've been looking for an ironing board with a narrow tip. I'm tired of wrestling with a sleeve board. I still need a sleeve board for long sleeves, but short sleeves are a breeze. Very sturdy and solid, No wobbles. I'm super pleased.
