The supplied grid to support the burning wood is useless. It's tiny, covering only 15% of the firepit's circular area, and falling awkwardly inside the supports clearly dimensioned for a larger grid. This is big enough for only one or two logs, not the full size blazing inferno shown in the sales photos. The importers don't accept this. So it's now in the hands of Wayfair's Customer Service.

Fabulous fire pit, at a nice level to roast marshmallows and to keep us all toasty warm and it’s so useful being on wheels so that I can move it round the garden depending on where we are and which way the wind is blowing. Love it!

Good size, reasonable price - grill too small though. Complaint made and partial refund given.

I should have listened to my gut instinct not to buy this. It arrived on time yes, however J21 part was missing (ash tray that connects to the bottom). I can not use it. Emailed Wayfair and the manufacturer replied saying that we would need to wait for 25-30days for the part to arrive as it comes from overseas. They offered a 15% discount and for me to order the part myself which would take the same amount of time! I replied to them asking for a 20% discount and I will source the part myself. Purely, because I couldn't be bothered to dismantle it and send it back. My son in law is now making the part for me. The grate for the logs to sit on is too small and moves around, it doesn't fit properly. I wouldn't recommend this firepit to anyone.
