Upholstered Heated Massage Chair

A few things were labeled wrong but the initial assembly was simple. The leg massagers don’t work, will be updating soon if I can figure them out.

We were very disappointed in this chair. We had problems with the first one they sent and were told they would send us a complete replacement. Told us no need to return, so we could donate or whatever we wanted. So we did. Next one came in worse shape. Since we were hosting Christmas Eve we couldn’t wait nor did we want another one. My husband had to try to drill the holes in the metal part to try to get the screws to fit. I had to try to sew the arm cushions on. So disappointed. Would like to be compensated for our labor on their poor workmanship.

Junk junk and more junk!!!! The damaged pieces were NOT from delivery. Instructions are pictures only and most items are not labeled. Wire connections were crushed. Leg and thigh massage does not work. Hole in fabric. Gouges on base of chair. Not manufactured correctly to allow for screws to be placed in. 2 hour assembly with a man that’s very mechanically inclined.

I bought this chair for my mother-in-law. She freaked out when it got there because it was in so many parts. I finally got someone over to put it together for her. It looks really nice but she refuses to plug it in because she said she doesn’t need all those fancy things in the chair. Overall I think it’s a nice chair. My mother-in-law, not so nice.

They are a great size and took about 40 minutes to assemble! Love that it has cup holders!
