The look/style of the table is perfect and we love how well it works in our kitchen. It's relatively lightweight yet mostly durable and appears that it will work well with having kids who are a little rougher on things than an adult might be. That being said, the quality leaves a LOT to be desired. The top piece of the table is not solid and sounds/feels cheap. Assembly was a little more difficult than it should have been because the holes/pieces did not align quite correctly.
