Not as robust as I had expected. First item was damaged, Replacement item arrived promptly and undamaged, with more protective packing the second time.

Feeling got cheated, it’s too small, pictures and descriptions state different. Don’t buy this cheap product with this much price. Can’t even return as return postage charge too high, won’t get much money back. Feels like got cheated.

The planter trough was not the size advertised. I needed a narrow trough not wider than 14.7 cm. what you delivered was 17 cm. outside dimension and is unsuitable for the available space. Do you sell troughs that are no wider than 14.7 cm? ie outside dimensionincluding the lip. Can I have a full refund please?
