Great fire looks really smart , not imposing in the room ( it’s like it’s always been there ) Nice heat and flames look cosy too

Was very surprised how lovely this fireplace is. We took it straight out of the box and placed it up against the wall. Just had to put on the 4 stainless steel panels to the fire and plug it in.

Delighted with this fire suite Elegant and realistic No assembly needed except for stainless steel trim around fire itself Great flame effect and good heat if needed. Really enhances our room and it looks so cosy From order to delivery was perfect Fire arrived perfectly boxed and just needed my husband to site and plug in

I ordered this item end of March and delivery was meant to be on 13th of April. After chasing this item over and over again, they finally realised it has not been delivered and I am not a fraud and was in first week of May. I was scheduled for a delivery on the 10th of may. Sitting in my house on 2nd on May and there was a delivery with broken box with no call to say they were going to deliver the item early or update on my app. The driver didn’t even know which company sent him. He kindly helped us to bring the item in. We opened the broken abs damaged box and it was the fire place. Few chips on the wood ( not a small size), black marks on the white side, metal bits for the front all glued to the side the fire place white’s bits. Which then left glue all over it. The metal design was bend on some sides which then doesn’t give the look you want. Customer service was not the greatest and the item was definitely upsetting. Considering all the drama attached. All in all the item would have been a beautiful piece without those damages.

Absolutely delighted with this fireplace. Looks great and has thermostate and timer controls. Flame effect is really nice. If anyone has not had an electic fire before you need to be aware of the fan noise when the heat is switched on, but this has been our experience with all the electric fireplaces weve had so we were expecting this. The delivery was superb, received plenty of txt messages, emails and had a call 20 minutes prior to arrival. The only slightly negative point is that the manual states it should be secured to the wall with the provided brackets, but non are included. Looking at the online manual this part of the text has been redacted, so a bit naughty in my opinion! Overall really pleased, this is out first purchase on Wayfair but will definitely be using Wayfair again.
