Update: I reached out to the seller and they were apologetic, helpful and they sent out us a replacement ottoman. It arrived with all pieces. It was simple to put together and looks very nice in our lounge. We are very happy with our purchase. I would have given it 5 stars had the original ottoman arrived with all the parts. BEWARE before purchasing. This ottoman arrived with no legs or hardware.
