The tower fan is marvellous, it’s everything I needed in a fan. An excellent product, I would recommend this tower fan to friends and family.. Mulikatu Ahmed. Lambeth. Tue Jun 09 2026

Looks nice in the pictures, however, it should be described as a “fan kit”. It is supplied in kit form, and I don’t mean simply fitting it to its base etc. You have to assemble everything. The retaining band that secures the 2 piece grille together snapped upon assembly, rendering fan useless. Returning for a refund. For the high price I would have expected minimal assembly and far better quality.. Mr Carter. Wiltshire. Fri Jul 10 2026

Fan arrived exactly as advertised. Very quick and easy to set up if you are used to putting together fans. Very satisfied with product. Has more features/modes than advertised. There is a water bottle at the back of the fan and underneath is a blue bottle to put in the freezer. It is not clear in the instructions where this goes as it states it goes on top of the water bottle once frozen but it fell off when I put it on top. There is a slot for it under the water bottle so im going to put it there. The mist does not make any difference that I have noticed but will try it once the frozen bottle is ready (in the freezer at present). It has many functions and so far it is blowing cool air which im impressed with, although my room isn't piping hot so we'll see... I wont say it is quiet but the noise changes when you change mode. Some would say its noisey or loud, to me its just a fan. Overall happy with purchase so far.. Jannah. Stourbridge, GB. Thu Jul 03 2025

The award winning Whisper Flex smart fan has evolved. The newest version is whisper quiet just like the well-loved first generation but adds some fantastic new features. The first thing you’ll notice is the new stylish touch panel which brings all fan controls together in an intuitive touch panel.

Excellent fan – quiet, powerful and easy to use. The smart features work perfectly, and it keeps the room cool even on warmer days. Highly recommended!. Vivian. Milton Keynes, GB. Wed Jun 17 2026
