Does not include the mirrored top cabinet. This is a solidly constructed piece of furniture and no assembly is required. Once plumbed in space will be used within the cupboard for the waste. We strongly recommend that all stone worktops & basins are coated with a stone impregnator and protector prior to use to keep them looking as good as new. We suggest this should be done every 12 months.
