Didn't stick to the wall because my tiles were too small. You have to ensure that your tiles are large enough to accommodate the full suction cup. If it rests on any of the groove it won't stick. It also doesn't stick properly to a painted wall. I am sure if it fit perfectly to the tiles it would have been fine but you need to measure in advance of buying, this includes the length of the whole device and the diameter of the suction cups..
