The fire surround is great quality with the added bonus of a remote, colour mood lighting function, the option to change the colour of the fire bed. There is a choice of 3 flame colours. A choice of pebbles, logs or crystals, depending on your preference. I use the small pebbles and real kindling with the addition of small logs in the recess to create a more realistic look. It was relatively easy to assemble. It depends on where you want it placed on the wall we managed to hide the socket in the recess so there is no cable showing which made the process a little longer to put on the wall. The cable is however white which could run along a skirting board to hide and was quite a long cable. It was quick delivery also.. Janice. Moreton In Marsh. Mon Sep 28 2026

A beautiful fireplace with an amazing life-like flame effect, mood lighting, and an easy-to-use multi-function LCD remote control with an inbuilt thermostat. The flame effect can be adjusted for intensity/brightness and used on its own or with the heater. The mantel features coloured LED mood lighting that can be cycled through the 13 available colours, and can be set to one colour or turned off. The off-white finished MDF mantel & plinth, supplied in flat pack form, are very easy to assemble and the electric fire is easy to fit into the mantel. The heater automatically switches between 1 and 2kW depending on the room temperature and set temperature required and can be used with or without the LED lighting.
