A little noisy but brilliant at coolong a very large bedroom in no time. once cooled room stays cool so can switch off air con while asleep, but even if left on having a really cool room far outweighs a little noise. looks like bought 12000BTU just in time with iminent heatwave - now out of stock. kept up to date daily on delivery via email by XDP. hose a little short to reach our preferred top fan window but easily remidied by buying a longer hose. sorted! highly recommend..
