This door lever is a concealed fix 2 part screw on a round rose. It is a straight round bar lever on a rose.

Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect having never replaced a door handle before but once I figured out how to get my current one off it was easy to get this one attached (when you don’t have it upside down at least).
